Registration Process

  • Application can be availed from office on payment of Rs 250/- and prospectus will be given within the month of June.
  • Application form supplied by the college authority must be filled in all aspects and submitted to college office in due time.
  • Incomplete application forms will not be considered for admittance.
  • Photocopies (xerox copies) of testimonials and certificates should be attached with the application form.
  • One Character Certificate from Gram Pradhan / Headmaster /any Gazetted Officer should also be attached with the admission form.
  • Eight Coloured Passport size recent photo must be submitted with the admission form.
  • The students are requested to follow the notice board.
    N.B.: Registered Medical Practitioner in relation to the DMBS College
    will also be entitled to issue Medical Certificates to the patients
    (Rules 13(a) of the Council Regd. Govt. of West Bengal) like that of
    the Practitioner in their medical science course.
